    Good morning folks.

What a miserable day it is, grey and raining and cold.

Hope everyone is well and has a good day

    AH - Vouchers are yours!

I am still going to WW, had a spell a few weeks ago when I was messing around, gaining weight one week and then taking it off the next. Been OK for the last couple of weeks, only 1lb away from goal now (have lost a total of 39 lbs so far). I just need to shift that final pound before hubby gets home next weekend as I know I will gain a little then!

I think once you have been on holiday it is very difficult to get motivated again, maybe by losing a little weight you will find your hips will feel better. I suffer with painful knees and have found that they are a lot better since losing the weight.

Wow, well done on the weight loss hun, that is fabulous. Hope you hit that target soon.:T:T:T:T:T

morning all ,back to wet grey weather at the moment.not had a great week but i just feel i've gotta put it behind me , Boss arranged a meeting with the guy that was unhappy at work last weekend to talk things through & try & resolve some of his grievences which i felt were a load of bulls--t & the guy then said he didnt want a meeting with me (he had actually come into work for the meeting )but he stood by what he had said & it was the managers job to sort things out ,what a wimp i was so fustrated ,the manager is fairly new & so doesnt know anyof us that well but said he felt the guy was afraid of me ,i know i can be assertive at times but can generally give a reason for my actions, & the other staff feel i'm approacable & will listen & act if things need sorting .ithink this guy rather than mentioning things he wasnt happy about let things bottle up then exploded & maybe realises he over reacted ,i pointed out alot of things i could be negative about but i dont go shouting about them to him so that customers could hear ,he made himself look foolish & then wasnt even man enough to speak in a civil manner to resolve things .

Anyway i'm not special enough to get an envelope full or empty :(

    ((((hugs)))) CL

If the man isn't man enough to speak there's not a lot you can do is there. He obviously isn't that bothered really.

Maybe you could try and have a quiet word when your on your own with him and see if you can sort things out.

    take care hun

don't know whether to say well done on getting it sorted or not :o :undecided

anyway, at least it is out in the open now. Hope you can all move past this.

My Manager spoke the immortal words last week, cue both not reacting - but afterwards one yawned, and looked bored, the other arguing about stupid things.

So the changes now are my manager is now our direct line manager, and I have been demoted to team leader....:rotfl: I know where this has come from.... our Manager, she claims it was the Director but I know her too well. She would have said she didn't think it was properly run and she should be in full charge of both teams. She felt too far away from us, and that she wasn't in charge of anyone! ;)

anyhow, my two colleagues, then decided to take the pee out of me after the meeting when I was in another meeting.... :D I get told all these things by various around the business. Not my problem, is theirs....... if they want a job, they need to buck up ideas as Director is looking to lose bodies.....

They have been allowed too much free reign and now they are not they don't like it and are rebelling.... but their free reign has cost us money! and a lot of it.

Anyhow a new change on monday, that my colleague is not going to like and will blame on me.... but it wasn't me. It was our Manager who instigated it....lol. My colleague has proved from meeting after meeting that the information she provides does not help the business at all, and she has no interest in understanding what she should be. So the Directors have decided none of us need to attend a meeting, so it does not look like she is being singled out....:rotfl: suits me fine. I attend enough meetings in a week, to not be productive, one less is good.
