I got trouted in Asda this morning.

Bought some frijji milk shakes, got the chocolate one and a fudge one. Long strip sel said .50p and each flavour (choice of chocolate, fudge, banana, and strawberry) had 50p labels as well.

Got outside and realised I had been charged £1.20.

Went to CS and said "I got some frijji milk shake and have been overcharged".
CS woman said "there £1.20 each"

I told her they are .50p and it was clearly marked at 50p so no chance of my mistake. She said its the smaller bottles that are 50p(what????? there aren't any smaller bottles) not these ones and anyway chocolate one has never been 50p.

Told her I bought the chocolate one a couple of days ago for .50p so thats rubbish, but anyway these are 50p now.

After 10 minutes of arguing she gets on her phone, won't check shelf herself and gets told they are £1.20 not 50p. Sorry but I am not giving in and I had to insist a sa comes and checks the sel with me. Good job I did go as well as when I got to the shelf as a member of staff is quickly emptying the shelves, but there was still a few bottles there and the price labels clearly showing 50p.

SA gets on her mobile and tells CS dragon.

After another 5 minutes I got my refund.

Then had to ask for a gift card as I had been over charged.

She said "you haven't been overcharged, it was the wrong price on the shelf"

So after another strop I got my gift card. I came out of the store totally drained.

I think an email to Asda house is in order CW, especially seeing as they tried to con you by removing all the bottles while you were at the desk. It might also let the store know that CW means business and not to argue with her;);) I hope your son was busy outside wombling loadsa while you were inside
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

    Hiya Blue

Had to go out early this morning as son was having his hair cut and his hairdresser is near to both tesco and asda.

Silly me, I keep buying things and getting the wrong ones.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Got a jacket on wednesday (£25 minus £5 coupon) I picked up the wrong size and had to take it back. Got £25 back:j.

I then bought some trainers for £25 (minus the £5 clothing coupon) today and some casual shoes for OH reduced to £4 and another pair for £2, but he doesn't like the £25 trainers so they will go back next week.:rotfl:. Unfortunately the clothing coupons end tomorrow.

I was so annoyed you know, especially after the other day when the apg didn't work.

Yes, my kind son went wombling, he found a few receipts, but some of them can be done later. We checked 8 of them and 3 gave us £1.10, £2.59 and £3.08, and 5 were worthless though.

    Will do the rest later.

    Hope your OK hun,

Just had a thought thanks to Bully:beer::beer:When you buy the luggage does the till comes up as full price for it until you hand over the vouchers? Blue might buy some luggage (cos auntie Bully told me it was "posh") and use my cond spends and then decide it is carp and common:eek::eek: and take it back. I'll buy it along with some other shopping of course, like some toilet rolls which give a petrol voucher :D

BLUE, is it really worth it? Buy expensive toilet rolls just for the petrol moc.:(

Just went and checked on hubby. He has fallen fast asleep in a chair watching the olympics.

He looks so funny with a big white dressing on his forehead and over his left eyebrow. Then another covering the bridge of his nose and across his cheek. lol

But at least he is quiet so I can play on the computer in peace. lol
