My usual case management and referral charges, (like the best) obviously on a NO WIN NO FEE basis, are 50% ....

but since my involvement with the plaintiff was only a single "letter of correspondence" offering complaint advice, the way to proceed and telephone number of the defendant in this case .....

I'll drop it to 40% :rotfl:
