Had a bit of a shock this morning my DSister called to tell me her 6 week old granddaughter had been rushed to hospital last night and confirmed she had bacterial meningitis. Well you just think the worse then I felt really bad as i started getting upset and just saying oh God no before pulling myself together and thinking this is not what my DSister needs atm. They have been waiting today for an ultrasound of the brain. They started her on antibiotics straight away last night but DSister is shocked as they said she can go home but has to be brought in at midnight for next antibiotics which she has to have for the next 3 weeks once a day:eek: as they started at midnight and then 10pm tomorrow night. I did say the goodnews is they can't be that worried about her condition or they would have kept her in hospital. But you do wonder if it's cutbacks. But I do suppose that most of the times we read and see probably the worse scenarios of the condition in the press which fill you with fear at the mear mention of meningitis.

Sorry, I've replied inside your quote to make it easier.

No problems - in fact the best way to do it to make it clear

Right I think I understand now.

Two different issues and for BOTH remember that ASDA rely on MySM for THEIR (MySM) pricing information and calculation for APG

Firstly Sunday's failure - basically they've ALL come back as priced at 64p each at Tesco without any multi-buy applied.

ANY chance that the Tesco offer ORIGINALLY ENDED on Sunday but has been extended to the current end date of 17th July ??

Only I think I've seen something like this before .... for example

10 for £3 offer at T ends 1st July - MySM prepare for this so that overnight a database update removes the offer - however T decide it's a good promotion and extend it to 17th July and MySM put it back again.
    Two things
1, for some period the offer is NOT there and obviously affects APG
2, AND MOST IMPORTANT - I'm ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE MySM GET THEIR DATES WRONG
I'm convinced they sometimes remove offers a DAY EARLY - in this instance "ENDS 1st July" means to MySM that the last day it's valid is 30th June
Doesn't quite explain the error because in theory the single price is 60p and not 64p at T - but if they can C0CK-up the multi-buy ........ ???

    OK, the 50p, 55p & 60p prices for ASDA is EASY :j

    As YOU pointed out - IN-STORE 10 for £4
    On MySM - 6 for £3

It's the MySM information that used for APG

Notice that both of your Muller shopping list prices for ASDA come to a TOTAL of £5.40

A single Muller at ASDA is 60p - you've bought 10 of them - but only paid £4
    MySM works that out as 6 for £3 and 4 at 60p each (£2.40) = £5.40

Because it's applying a "partial" multi-buy across your items (calculated on 6 but applied to 10) MySM splits the discount in a random or haphazard way.
    At 6 for £3 the multi-buy price is 50p - and the other 4 are 60p

    Sunday 01/07
    4 x Muller Rice Apple (190g) £2.20 = 2 x 50p + 2 x 60p
    2 x Muller Rice Strawberry (190g) £1.20 = 2 x 60p
    1 x Muller Rice Original (190g) £0.50 = 1 x 50p
    2 x Muller Light Raspberry & Cranberry Yogurt Fat Free... £1.00 = 2 x 50p
    1 x Muller Fruit Corner Peach & Apricot (150g) £0.50 = 1 x 50p

Previously the prices have looked like this:

    3 x Muller Rice Apple (190g) £1.50 = 3 x 50p
    4 x Muller Rice Strawberry (190g) £2.40 = 4 x 60p
    1 x Muller Rice Original (190g) £0.50 = 1 x 50p
    1 x Muller Corner Chocolate Digestive Crunch Corner £0.50 = 1 x 50p
    1 x Muller Fruit Corner Peach & Apricot (150g) £0.50 = 1 x 50p

So that explains the ODD prices of the APG

HOWEVER, just 1 last point :D

You NEVER bought these for 7p each :D

    It's actually 13p

    Buying 10
    Cost in ASDA = £4
    MySM thinks they're £5.40
Compares against T at just £3
So that a refund of £2.40
    Plus the 10% component of £3 = 30p
    Total reimbursement of £2.70

    £4 - £2.70 = £1.30 :)

    Hope this helps
