Isn't it awful weather for the end of June? So dark here this morning, and raining yet again....we have booked 2 days fishing ( today and tomorrow) but are giving it a miss....seen the weather report and their is chance of thunder and lightning, right where we were supposed to be... not waving a fishing rod around in weather like that....will stay at home and see what's on the telly.......Oh! that's very fortunate!!!....TENNIS...good job Centre Court has a cover now....
Hope all is OK with everyone, will try and have a 'catch up' read of posts today.....I did see Blue was in Blackpool....I hope it stays dry for your rides at the Pleasure Beach Blue...0 -

"June is set to follow April as one of the wettest months on record in the UK, new Met Office figures show, confirming that the spring and early summer period of 2012 has been one of the most miserable ever." - Independent
Enjoy the Tennis - much better than being a lightning conductor!

It went very dark a while ago and I'm now in the middle of
it's absolutely siling it down but it's WONDERFULINTERSTING WOMBLE(minor :rotfl: GLITCH)
Only just over £30 ..... from Sat 22nd June
BUT came back as £9.18 :j :j :rotfl:
Apparently £8.11 cheaper at MORRISIONS
13 items / 9 different compared - A 18.81 / M 10.70
The Glitch ?
CARLING (12 x 440ml) JUST 62p in M :rotfl:
Appears to be part of some HEINZ MULTIBUY ??????????????
Several items with prices HIGHLIGHTED IN RED for M
... including the CARLING
Has M got a Heinz Multibuy running - something like 2 for £1.25 or 4 for £2.50 or 8 for £5
Only it appears that's what's on offer .....
... AND ASDA does/did have a similar "KIDS PASTA 5 for £3" which included Heinz products
1 x Heinz Low Fat Macaroni Cheese (200g) £0.74 £0.62
3 x Heinz Spaghetti Bolognese (200g) £1.80 £1.89
1 x Heinz Ravioli in Tomato Sauce (200g) £0.75 £0.62
2 x Heinz Mini Meals Chicken & Sweetcorn Pasta Spirals (200g) £1.28 £1.25
1 x Carling (12x440ml) £10.00 £0.62
RED TOTALS = £5 for the 8 items
Don't know if it's worth trying to reproduce to replicate the Saturday shop
Perhaps knowing the Morrisons offer might be a start:DGood Morning CW, Jeferey and everyone else. It's chucking it down here:(:(
I still might go for a walk on the beach later  CW you haven't sent me any wombling results lately, does that mean June wasn't very good:( I'm tempted to try the carling, but Morrisons change their offers on a Sunday so it could have ended, I have noticed before that MS sometimes get mixed up with multi buys and give silly amounts for something, but that was against a waitrose shop.
I checked Morrisons and there is indeed an offer
75p each but 4 for £2.50 on HEINZ MINI MEALS (According to a large SEL - UNTIL 9TH SEPTEMBER)
These are small 200g tins (half the size of "normal" standard ones like baked beans etc.)
These are also on offer in Asda - 68p each but 5 for £3
As for the CARLING - my Morrisons ONLY had the 10 x 440ml can FRIDGE PACK at £8
The 12 x 440ml pack is indeed £10 at Asda
(The 12 size is also APGable at T since only £8 there and 3 for £22 until 1st July- so a potential price of JUST £6.60 each - 55p PER CAN ) AND this did compare against T on the same receipt at £7.50 on 22/6
Worth a go ????????????? Hmmmmm !
Oh and be carefull Blue
