    sorry, I never saw this post :o

    A smartphone is one like the Android Phones, iPhones, Samsung Galaxy, HTC Explore and more.

    A smartphone allows you to surf the web, use wifi ( in certain areas for free), send texts, send picture messages, instant message, ie Facebook messenger, Windows Messenger. You can buy and sell on ebay, although you are a bit limited for ebay, but you can buy! You can send emails and receive emails.

    You can install a barcode scanner, so you scan barcodes, depending on your phone's camera. You can install other applications, like Quidco and topcashback. Quidco is good for checking in when out and about, you get money for free for checking in to certain shops.

    If you have a nectar card, you can download the nectar app, and you can check it before going shopping for exclusive offers.

    is it worth getting a smartphone? DEFINITELY!!!!

    Now, don't go mad, unless you are on a contract that is due to expire soon, then you can ask for an upgrade, which is usually free, but they may say you can have a smartphone, but some smartphones you have to pay the excess for, ie some contracts the Samsung Galaxy, iPhone, others give it for free.

    You will be tied in for 24 months, so you cannot leave them. You can expect to pay anything from £10 a month to £40 + a month.

    If you want any more advice, please PM me. I am not checking all the posts, so may miss you.

    I can help you choose the best tarif/phone dependent on if you have a contract and who you are with.

    Thanks for all your advice guys. Aesop - have PM'd you :)

    £54.15 is fabulous. What do you mean only?!!!!

    Well in April I got over £100 and in May just over £200 (not counting those £5 conditional spends coupons) so I feel a bit down on my apgs.

    Not being greedy though:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Thats cos you have womblingitis, a new illness where the patient has a compulsion to pick up pieces of paper off the floor, thinking that its worth money.

    There is no cure unfortunately, once you have it your stuck with it.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
