    Blue, I'm thinking about getting another dress. Also this is a little embarrsing but Iv'e got a lot of scars from self harm and am thinking of getting a dress that I can wear gloves with.:o:o:o

    Part of me thinks those that know me know its a part of me, but then the other part of me doesn't want to have to see the scars on my big day. Also the gloves would have to come right up to me elbows.:o

    Well done hun:j:j:j:j:j:jit takes a lot of guts to admit to a problem.

    SND can you not try and get a yoga class in might just give you a bit of me time and relaxation even if it in evening when DH home to keep an eye on mum for you:A((((HUGGS))))

    I usually go to yoga on a Wednesday, but we need to see funeral director today and by the evening, I am so shattered, don't think I could cope with a class then at the moment, although I do love my yoga. OH been working from home, so he can help as much as poss but needs to go back into the office on Monday.

    It sounds like you have a lot to sort out to do with what is going to happen in the future with your mum, but don't rush anything. Try not to make decisions when you are all over the place and don't have the time or energy to properly think things through. There is lots of sleeping stuff which are non addictive like in health shops and stuff, maybe it might be worth trying something or your going to make yourself ill if your not careful. Maybe a drink or two one night might help;) Like I'm a good person to give advice on sleeping:cool::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    There is an awful lot to sort out. Mum wants to go home on her own at the weekend :eek::eek: says she has to some time so might as well be now! We have visual impairment team coming out to see her tomorrow. Last time they came, they just said what do you want? No offer of what is available, so lots of questions tomorrow. Really don't feel mum could cope on her own even practically, but she insists she doesn't want to go into a home. Have suggested maybe some sort of sheltered accommodation where she would have some independence but also someone to check on her each day but that is also a no no. Says she wants to live in the house she and dad have always lived in.
    Now there's a thought I hate ironing.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    You could drop your ironing off here. I'll see where I can fit it in :rotfl::rotfl:I do actually enjoy ironing, find it so relaxing. I know I must be mad.

    It's official you mad:D:D:D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: who in their right mind likes ironing:eek:

    SND a close friend of mine lost their mum in January she was her main carer even thou she had other bro & sis she was the eldest and sorted out & took her to all her appts supervised all her medication popped in to check on her most days. Her mums Doc said to her take atleast a year before making any major plans or decisions, slightly different scenario to you as her dad had previously passed away so last parent, but think it is good advice to take time to grieve. She has struggled quite badly with the affect of loosing her mum as she felt she could tell her everything unfortunately it has caused her a lot of problems in her marriage where she has felt her partner is not as supportive as he should it is quite sad to see them both struggling knowing it is neither their faults he hasn't changed she is just less patient with him due to her grief which is understandable. So Thank God your DH sounds like a Gem:A:A:A

    Real pity about the Yoga you could have probs done with it :(

    Good morning all, lovely sunny one here in Bucks :D.

    MT, Batiste dry shampoo is currently on offer in Morrisons for £2 a can, noticed it yesterday. They had 3 different varieties.

    Need to do ironing but I will get far too hot on a nice warm day like this ;) it might have to wait.

    Things are hectic now shopndrop but they will start to calm down. Put your energy into being there for your mum and sorting out the funeral and then deal with things one at a time. If family and friends offer support and practical help, take it, don't say no. It can make a big difference even if a friend can take on a small task. Your OH sounds a good support.

    Keep posting on here when you can so we can keep an eye on you:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A
