Feeling abit rough now had a horrible sore throat all day been trying to ignore, last couple of hours developing into a head cold so looks like it will be honey and lemon for me then bed atleast got time to get over it before my hols.

Thanks Genmod:A it has improved the last couple of days to what it has been like so fingers crossed, hoping to try and get back to walking for an hour in a few days time Dr said ok as long as only do what comfortable with.
