Morning all, just sitting down for a catch up now on yesterday.
No shopping today, just a visit to osteopath and then tackle the ironing mountain.
In Tesco yesterday I couldn't see any of the new price drop leaflets that I had read would be about this week - has anyone seen them in their store? If they are around, then I could "pass" Tesco later on and call in but if not, I won't waste my time.

shopndrop just keep with it one day you will be posting on here all excitied when you get a big one. Most of mine come back 0 or may have a few pence got 2 today first one 0, 2nd one £2.09, but can still remember the day entered a receipt and it gave me £15.??

Will keep at it, good to know that I am not the only one getting 0!

The biggest I`ve had from Asda was for just over £150, receipt was soooooooo long but no APG on it, not even a penny :(

Wow, definitely looks as though the small ones are the ones to look for then. Had a couple of small ones at the weekend and they had 8 items on, but got message saying not enough items to compare!

Receips between £20 and £40 seem to be the best really.

Anthing over that and I think the potential apgs get swallowed up by things that are cheaper in other supermarkets.:rotfl:

    Good luck with your wombling

It makes you stop and think, how lucky we are.....
Walked into the hall around 6'ish last night to see it was illuminated by flashing blue lights...went onto my drive to see police car parked at the top diagonally onto the road and was obvious something very serious had happened....tape was tied to tree and across the road , closing it,and traffic being turned round...all sudddenly went very quiet...it was so eerie, just lots and lots of flashing lights for 100 yards or so...found out almost 2 hours later( road still closed)it seems lady was getting out of her car ( prob to post a letter, as post box there) and was hit by another car, but she was being tended to about 40 yards further down the road on the grass verge on the opposite side of the road...she had still not been moved at 8pm, police woman I spoke to said road would be closed for at least another hour....this poor lady lying there for all that time in such a serious condition , but there were lots of doctors etc tending her, but obviously daren't move her.....she was probably on her way home , to a family waiting for her to get in and have dinner, just as she has done every day for years ...when, suddenly , everything changes! Makes you really take stock and think....give your loved ones a big hug today peeps...tell them you love them....

On a lighter note.....Silver still processing this morning, my Red Letter was a few days after some got theirs , so not worrying just yet....they'll be very welcome when they come...think I'll be treating myself to some expensive perfume from Boots or Debenhams...
