That is worrying. I didn't know how people could burn themselves but you have just explained it. :( If you go on the Tassimo website http://www.tassimo.ca/tassimo/page?siteid=tassimo-prd&locale=caen1&PagecRef=550 and put your model no in you can download the user manual. Why don't you post on Tassimo's FB page and ask if anyone else has had the problem?

Thanks Blue did ask DH to go on their site to get instructions I knew should have done it myself:mad: Will try and contact them esp after reading this as could have been quite dangerous esp if you had young children under your feet as was quite hot.

we have the same prob sometimes ours is the older design machine and im sure its because they have changed the design as sometimes the discs dont seem to fit correctly and i have several times took out the hot choc disc and the choc is still in it and the water has run all over the worktop, so i now always watch the machine closely.

also according to mysup mr T is the only place that still stocks the tea (if you can find any) i havent seen any in ages, but you can buy direct from tassimo via their site so that maybe a possibilty

Thats interesting chattmum it was the cadburys chocolate disc I had in at the time it happened luckily I was at the machine so grabbed tea towels to soak it up

I need to get off and go to bed:rotfl: It feels like been on here all day.

Got a call today from D/H off the special school DS3 suppossed to be starting he is going down Thurs staying the night and doing a full day of school on Fri to try and sort out a timetable and programe. So spent most of this afternoon sorting out accomadation for us for Thurs even going to stay in York as more options, then train it the next day back to the school. Left DH to finally book it while I sorted the tea with booking.com told him to do cashback does he listen no:mad: again I thought I should have done it myself. We still haven't finalised the Statement with the LA but atleast its a step forward. Just be relieved when all finalised and he is settled into a routine at school.
