SND my heart goes out to you at this time it is so full on ATM. Hope you get the Care sorted out do agree it is the loudest to shout gets more help as things are so stretched if they think they can leave you to cope they will unfortunately so you need to bang that drum. MT hope DD and DH feeling better soon not a lot of sleep for you last night then

Got leg checked at DR pretty sure not fractured or chipped just really bad bruising and few pulled muscles and to take Ibuprofen. Had alot of pain in the bone yesterday and the knee was really sore now gone alovely greeny yellow colour bruising also came out on the ankle yesterday but am walking alot better on it now even on the stairs so is improving.
