no worries just had email notification, lying toads claimed they couldn't contact me. been checking emails/ebay all day:mad::mad:

It is possible for a buyer to retract a bid and obviously they will use any excuse. The most common one being they bid the wrong amount, but they are then supposed to re bid with the correct amount but rarely do.

I suppose the thing to say is its better to retract the bid, for whatever made up reason, than have a non payer.

You can check if you want whether the buyer is a serial bid retractor, I just checked one of mine that has not paid from 2 days ago. Mine has 3 bid retractions in 12 months.

If you click on your buyers feedback, then click on feedback left. Then click on feedback left as a buyer you will see on the right hand side Bid retractions in the last 12 months.

These are the joys (or not) of ebay unfortunately hun.
