Sorry to hear about your car BL. I assume you got something for the car from a scrappers? I was suprised that they give so much for cars and collect them as the last car I scrapped about 10 years ago I had to pay them £50 to take it away, but when I scrapped mine about a year ago they paid me a decent amount and it wasn't driveable.

Moan away all you want, it's nice to see you joining in;)

    Thanks Peeps!

Think I was rather fed up before the car broke. It was really hard when DH was out of work but people understood we were hard up. Now he's in work again people (extended family) act as if nothing had happened. Nearly every week they are inviting us to something that costs loads of money and even though we keep telling them we can't afford it (and probably won't for another couple of years) soon they are badgering us again. Trouble is they all have pots of money so it makes it difficult to see them all having expensive holidays, expensive cars, meals out etc. Not that I'm that bothered about those things but would just like to be out of debt and a bit more financially secure.

Just feel that DH and I have worked so hard all our lives but seem to have had a lot of bad luck and don't seem to have much to show for it. I know I should be grateful for my lovely hubby and DD's and usually that's all I need but sometimes it all gets a bit too much. That's why I haven't been posting much lately. Hard to get excited about a few mocs when could really do with a few thousand (pounds)!!

Thanks for listening peeps. Go to go collect my "new" car. Can't get that excited though!! It hasn't even got central locking!!

    Ok thank you.
I'm not at the address that my prizes are being delivered to, so hope they don't charge for redelivery (or that you can collect em from somewhere relatively local?)
Don't think I've ever had anything delivered by Yodel before.

I got nearly the same as this one, but instead of the shampoo and conditioner I got travel sized ones and a fluffy duster thingy.
Mine was delivered by a Home delivery van and I had to sign for it
