Thanks CW. I'll give them another go and if no good I'll just bring all my mixes to your house and spend the day chatting and scoffing pancakes:D:D:DBe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I put too much mix in and it didn't cook or too little in and there was hardly owt. How do you put just the right amount in the pan and how much is the right amount? I got stacks of the bottles, kept buying it when it was cheap/free.
Did you buy an actifry?
CW does exactly what we do we have a good tefal omelette pan but we spray in 3-4 squirts of the 1 cal spray rather than oil as seems to work nicely an pour in a blob of mix about half the diameter of the pan then quickly tip the pan about to cover all the pan.
And yes we did go for the actifry and have used it few times already. Tried Chips and wedges so far and it's good. The kids aren't sure they think the chips are dry but I think they just aren't used to them not being soaked in oil. Now about to set it off for sweet and sour chicken and chips.
Good luck pan caking CM0 -

Just putting this here because I wasn't sure where else to post but it made me laugh a lot -
I'm just watching the newest episode of Bones (season 7, episode 8) and the murder victim is an 'extreme couponer', the second suspect they set up is a trout at her local supermarket! I thought some of you would find that quite funny!0 -

Thanks for all the good wishes for dad. :A:A Much appreciated. He is still in medical assessment unit and will probably be moved tomorrow. Mum staying with us, but she is hard work in the nicest possible way. Hubby is just brilliant with them both. :A No wonder dad is worn out. She is so fixed in her ways and we will never change that now!
PM - Glad you got your boiler fixed.
I also have a couple of Kermit codes for anyone still collecting. PM me as probably easier if I don't get time to catch up on here properly.0 -
