    done survey too:D

    Evening all

Hope everyone is well and getting a chance to enjoy the sun.Had a crazy couple of days will need to catch up reading here in a bit.

Just wanted to ask a favor of my families on here.I am doing a design course with the open uni and for my latest assignment I need to undertake some market research. For this I have created a short survey, but of course i now need some willing participants ;)

I know this is work for some of you but if you have 5 minutes(its 14 multi choice questions)I would really appreciate if you could fill it in.

    The link is here

STEER CLEAR  for the moment

Just come off the phone - "they are looking at it"

SADLY, nobody still seems to understand that this is "SERIOUS"

I get the impression that they think because only 3 people have shouted "FIRE", out of a crowd off 100,000, then there isn't a Fire. Or if there is one it's only a burning candle or someone has just struck a match, whereas it's actually a technical INFERNO affecting thousands.

I've suggested that they take the APG checker OFFLINE - "DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE" - until it's resolved

Despite me telling them yesterday the price mismatches are on VATable items and the difference IS THE VAT amount, I had to tell someone this again today that was "looking at the problem" and just thought it was a few random items

Anyway, they took all the numbers for 2 failing receipts and I pointed out each & every price mis-matched item to which there was a reply ...

    "OH! I SEE" :rotfl:

Goodness, how stupid some people are, can't they see for themselves something has gone wrong with their systems.

It should only take 1 person telling them about this for them to go and sort it out and if it can't be sorted immediately take the system down temporarily.

Don't they know I have receipts waiting to be checked.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I guess it isn't in their interest to fix the problem as it is paying for the £5 off voucher they are giving. I want to go shopping while the £5 is available but a lot of the things I have coupons for/would be buying are vat stuff plus I don't really want to use the incorrect APG's I have:(:( I wonder if it will be fixed when the £5 has ended.

Thanks for keeping us informed quoia:A:A
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
