yep me to BL - I love to watch them fighting each other on apprentice:rotfl:

    @ FT - survey done.

@ Blue - no,not yet haven't bought kindle yet still collecting you know what.

@ Jeff - went to my store yesterday thought I might as well fill up petrol since I still have 3/4 full. But the kiosk was shut!:eek: so thought to myself, never mind, my raiding is more important:p will do it on my way to work tomorrow - bu99er me this morning, I passed by & they were queuing (literally blocking the traffic lights on the opposite side)!:( so me just carrying on driving to work instead. If they go ahead & strike, well my colleague or my boss will have to come & pick me up if I run out of petrol:D

Survey done...I checked 'refuse answer ' for most of questions...you ought to have this allowed as a check box .....MYOB.....whenever I fill in forms that ask personal/financial questions I was advised by our accountant to always put 'MYOB'....it means you never leave a blank and can pass to the next question.

    Dear Lee,

Thank you for your above post, much appreciated. As requested, I have sent an email via your contact email. Will let you know the ref. number once they have respond to my email. I was going to send a private message to you via MSE but it looks like you are now allowed to have PM which is silly me think.

    Anyway, thanks again.

    Hi Dr.Who-Who,

Thanks for coming back to me.

As you've discovered the PM function isn't available to Company Reps.

Having checked our emails I'm afraid that I've been unable to locate yours. Did you receive an automated reply at all?

If not, could you re-send your email stating a contact number only to
customer.care@help.vodafone.co.uk and again quote the code WRT135 - MSE Fao Lee in the subject line?

    Best wishes,

    Lee
