Games has gone - its now on fun stuff. Link does not work properly but I can get around it by refreshing/ F5. Then continue with the rest & repeat.
Its actually now 25% for tweet but up to 20% for recipe.Think the catching on to us
BUT just found out the survey gone down to 150% but if you had trouble like me completing it it glitches and goes straight through and gives you 200% so worth a try0 -
I do this too - I melt them down to use in my greenhouse to keep my seedling warm
.
I will check where I got the wicks from - Amazon I think - I got them with the metal bottoms on ready made. I use 2 old saucepans, one with boiling water in and the other on top with old candles in. Poured melted wax into old yankee candle jars, pop in wick, done!
Ok thanks. I just melted mine straight in the saucepan. Ive never done it before. In fact i ve only bought these fancy candles in the last year or so prompted by coupons etc. Its such a waste just to bin them when there s still plenty left and the jars/glasses are nice too.0 -
Wombled a receipt yesterday but as always it has come back as Tesco cheaper than Asda. The items that were different prices as follows in case it helps anyone.
1 x CARLSBERG EXPORT12X275ML BOTTLES £ 5.00 £ 10.00 2 x WALLS CLASSIC 12 PORK SAUSAGES 681G £ 3.00 £ 6.00 1 x PHILADELPHIA LIGHT SOFT CHEESE 300G £ 1.16 £ 1.98 1 x MELON & GRAPE DUO 200G £ 0.75 £ 1.00
That could be a good APG, especially the Carlsberg:beer: The new rules for the APg with being able to check it after 3 hours means no problem with shopping on a Mondya/Tuesday now as it can be checked on a Monday/Tuesday rather than it showing the prices with the offer ended.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

But I always thank MT for her hard work :T:T:T

It was a big hint when I could never find any newborn boxes when it wa on offer as well :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:it was great to talk to someone in real life about coupons who didn't think I was mad;)Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Timmy is a spin off from Shaun the Sheep, you can actually see Timmy in some of the episodes
DS loves Shaun the Sheep too, although some of the episodes:eek: so glad he doesn't understand!
I think a lot of people like Shaun the Sheep - it is funny
Hi SJ welcome
Aesop did you ever see the one where Timmy stole the farmers new Quad and they all chased him over the village?

Sealed Pot #3110 -
fungaltendancy wrote: »Bummer cheers for reminding me doc i should have done it yeterday!
I do,I have moulds from years ago.
I dont buy wicks i bought a large ball of string years(the propper fibre stuff not syntheticy plactic) ago and just dip coat that in wax.Works a treat.
Also wax crayons for colour. But stick to the cheapest supermarket value ones as they tend to be wax based. Some of the kid safe swish ones are not
you can use old youghurt pots as moulds they work well(pierce a hole in the bottom to pull wick through and seal with blue tac) or as jef says fill jars.I have used dowe egberts jars with no issues but done know if other jars might be too thin and shatter
HTH
Hi Do you mean you dip the string in the melted candle wax and wait for it to set then put it in the candle holder with the liquid wax for that to set ?0
