Tip for those doing an APG shop, dont pick up the Asda strawberries for £1 as they compare with Tesco £3.50 ones . Wouldn't mind but there are only 6 strawberries in the tub and the 400g large ones in Tesco are only £1.99?????

well, if you go to the big supermarkets, call them before you go, explain the situation and someone should be able to assist you with either your mum or dad. Supermarkets are supposed to be ready to assist anyone with a disability, so they should have a member of staff to help, as long as you give them notice.

Your right Aesop. I have seen an assistant pushing a wheelchair in Asda for a disabled person and helping them shop.

CW, do you have a smartphone? Or android phone? If so, you can download the ebay app, it allows you to list using the ebay app on your phone. It is easy, but I do prefer to edit my listings using the computer.

DS could have a look and do it for you. It is easy to use.

    Hi Aesop
my son said I don';t have the right kind of phone to list by this method

Never mind, another normal free listing will come along soon.:rotfl::rotfl:

lol, you need to win one CW, the lovely new Samsung Galaxy SII would be perfect :D Coveting these....

anyway, after discussing on ebay thread and elsewhere, the consensus is it is free listing for all this weekend except professional ebay sellers, so go ahead and list CW. Or start preparing your stuff and schedule for next week. The if definitely free listing this weekend, you can just change schedule to this weekend.

If I won one of those phones I would give it my son:rotfl:in return for his wombling for me.

I have just looked on the ebay chat boards and it says there is confusion over the free listing day. The email kind of part implies its only if you list by ebay app but its not clear. Will keep checking and see if an ebay pink tell us the whats really happening and report back later.

Did you go and how easy/quick was it to get your £5 and any idea if it is nationwide?

Took less than 5 minutes. Not sure if it is Nationwide - would think they will be doing the rounds though - I got an email from them as I'm a member. They couldn't match my existing deal with Br Gas though.
