Thanks all for the hugs and good wishes for dad. He was feeling a bit better again this afternoon, but this is so tiring and stressful not knowing what each day will bring. He is hoping he will feel well enough to go out in the car with me tomorrow, even just to Aldi, but don't think he will be able to walk around. Even if he just comes out for some fresh air, then sits in the car whilst I run around, I am sure that will help him.

    Hiya snd

If you go to the supermarket with your dad you can borrow a wheelchair for him so he can come around the shop with you.

Most of the big name supermakets have wheelchairs for use by customers. I know asda, tesco and sainsburys do.

All depends whether he would use one I guess.:)

    take care hun

Thanks CW, he would but depends on whether mum wants to come out with us too as she is already a wheelchair user! Dad would use one but I can't push two of them :rotfl::rotfl:Mum not been out much recently either as dad no longer able to push her and if I have been going out shopping and offered to take her, she has not wanted to leave dad. Just can't win !

    15,000 posts for me....:rotfl: :rotfl:

CW, do you have a smartphone? Or android phone? If so, you can download the ebay app, it allows you to list using the ebay app on your phone. It is easy, but I do prefer to edit my listings using the computer.

DS could have a look and do it for you. It is easy to use.

Otherwise will have to edit on pc after uploading by mobile.

Afraid not, DH will help at the weekend but is working during the week. DS lives and works away too. Mum has a couple of young sisters, but they are both in their late 70's and dad has no other family left now, he was the baby anyway.
We will manage somehow. I am quite a determined person, although DH would probably call me stubborn. :rotfl:

Off out in the garden now for some de-stressing ! Will pop back in for elevenses.

Morning all, well lovely and sunny again today have my first load of washing ready to go out and now going to put in another load. Then a little spot of garden tidying I think while bubs is asleep in his pushchair. Must remember to order my T&M stuff today to use my code. If it stays this nice at weekend I may have my first car lot wander of the year (just been to cold to take kids ). Hope you all have a good one.

well, if you go to the big supermarkets, call them before you go, explain the situation and someone should be able to assist you with either your mum or dad. Supermarkets are supposed to be ready to assist anyone with a disability, so they should have a member of staff to help, as long as you give them notice.
