If you are using the smalle 4 to a page ones I can't get those to scan either but if you leave it full size they scan fine. Used big one on self serve no prob but little ones even if printed best quality won't scan. HTH

if you look at the barcodes of the smaller ones, they are blurred a little, ie the spaces are narrower and the barcode looks bolder than it shouls, which means they will have trouble scanning the barcode.

only option, leave coupon original size and print, or keep having to go to CS to have money refunded.

    I print 4 FULL size ones to a page (A4) :D

In Adobe reader take a snapshot of just the voucher - no bigger than the dotted lines.
Go to Print and the "Page to Print" will be "Selected Graphic"
which appears in the PORTRAIT preview - full width right across the middle

Go into Properties > Paper and make a CUSTOM Paper size 210mm x 228mm

Save/apply/OK etc. and USE this size.
When you print on A4 paper the Coupon is in a position that allows to to turn the page around and do it again without them overlapping.
When you've got 2, cut the page in half right down where the 2 coupons meet.
Then print again on the 2 halves - feeding each in CUT side first so that to coupon print on the blank piece that's left.
    EASY :D

Thanks all for the hugs and good wishes for dad. He was feeling a bit better again this afternoon, but this is so tiring and stressful not knowing what each day will bring. He is hoping he will feel well enough to go out in the car with me tomorrow, even just to Aldi, but don't think he will be able to walk around. Even if he just comes out for some fresh air, then sits in the car whilst I run around, I am sure that will help him.

Oh I am not long back, I managed to pick up a Tesco mag, but it does not have the knife coupon in there, it is March-April issue, they have only just come in, typical Tesco...
