            I put the water in last. I read somewhere a long time ago that you need to put the ingredients in the pan in the order that they are on the recipe. I also use cold tap water and often put mine on a timer so that it is ready when we get in from work or get up in the morning. Have you still got your recipe book that came with it?0

 If you go into your account and under your name and email address etc you will see your address details there is a box for Country mine was set to IRL so coupon would never have come up if I had not have changed to UK
