Won't print for me anyway Installed software and sent to printer but nothing came out. Changing email/restart didn't work. Will ask Mum to try on her work computer tomorrow since nothing I try is working.

EDIT: installed Chrome and that didn't work, just stuck at "sending coupon to printer", refreshed it loads and given up now.

Absolutely will not let me try again with either browser so i've no choice but to give up.

I uninstalled Chrome and installed it again. That let me try another print- I selected all 3 vouchers, all 3 were available for me to print, but it only printed 2 out of 3- didn't include the Dettol no touch. Maybe the coupon is bugged? Anyone been able to print it tonight?

EDITED: Just tried printing my voucher from the email link and it won't print. Leading nowhere. Have messaged them on their contact us page about the problem.

Same thing happened to me too....I messaged them on contact us but the message bounced back. Which email did you use please ?
