Hi the shopping list is usually updated mid week by MT but may not of been done this week as she has been unwell unfortunately. It is fairly easy to work out some stuff thou best way is to look thru the first pages see if there are any mocs you would like to use then go to mysupermarket and type in the product and it will come up with prices and offers in the big supermarkets or ask on here and most peeps will suggest a good deal for them

I did get an email from them but all it said was "Thanks for entering" etc., but no link to a coupon! Not to be deterred I tried again with 2 more Facebook accounts - had emails for both but only one contained a link, so it's obviously not everyone who gets a coupon!

they don't email you the link...in the block of text that says thanks for entering, it says please print your coupon here

My local sains still has a few "flavours" on £1 each so could get you 50p of rest of your shopping.

I just went to Boot's and used the 3rd L'oreal insider voucher that I got for men expert.

They've got the deodorant for £1 atm
