If a coupon will not scan, the process is to call a manager to check the coupon. If it is acceptable, then the staff can put the coupon through manually. I am sorry if this has caused any inconvenience, but we do have to ensure that any coupons being used are not fraudulent.

Chances are that if you contacted a different CS rep, you would get the completely opposite response. Have you tried talking to a supervisor? I can't even the number of times CS have sworn blind about a "policy" only to get the result I want from a supervisor.

I've asked them for a copy of their actual coupon policy so I can refer to it if needed!

the thomas cook cravendale voucher has been reset for the third week. However, I can't seem to get the coupon when I click the link. Keeps just duplicating the page I am on. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes that's true, but I know some people missed it the other day, so hopefully they manage to get it this time.
