Orange T&C's
Orange terms and conditions state:-
14.1 your Device is not a part of your Contract
Your Device and Accessories are acquired by you outside the terms of your Contract.
So if you go into the Orange Shop, buy a phone on a contract, then cancel the contract within the 14 days cooling off period. What right do Orange have to expect the phone back? Are you entitled to keep it? Has anyone tried it?
