I'm eating a packet now from a multipack recently purchased from Asda. Its got 25g.
I'm sure there is some guidelines that say if the pack weight is below 25g you dont actually have to display it.
I dont buy anything from a supermarket without checking the cost per kilo etc so I'm not to swayed by how many bags i get.No Links in Signatures by Site Rules - MSE Forum Team 20 -
Anyone remember Smiths Crisps? If you ate a bag of those, you actually felt like you'd eaten something..unlike now when it's few crisps and a load of fresh air.
Love it when any packaging states that "contents may settle after packing". Product was only ever half full to begin with!0 -
May as well just make your own, with a potato peeler (or knife if you're clever), chuck in hot oil, dry off on towels, flavour as you like them. Cost = 1 potatoDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

I tend to buy family bags now with the view that I won't eat them all - then I do :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. Not at all MSE I know, in fact totally greedy.0

Big vote for the aldi or the lidl 24 packs at £1.99 both good both bargains. its not just Walkers the price of all crisps are ridicously high. :eek:0

Walkers are too expensive these days. I would never buy 18 pack at £4.50 ish its ridiculous. Actually its one thing I dont mind going up, more price the less we buy and then we dont pile the pounds on. Parent company pepsi also do same with silly prices £2 a 2 litre bottle there is always some where that sells it at £1 ish0

I bought a pack of 6 bags of Walkers crisps today and saw the packet size is now 23 grams! ! !0
