Service Status letter

Hi

Can anyone advise, have a letter from my branch manager, asking me to call the branch as they have been unable to contact me, and they wish to talk to me regarding a service issue on my account, can't imagine, not overdrawn and have a 5k o/d facility anyway, don't use my account that much, tend to use my C/C and pay that off by D/D when its due....

Tried to call today but couldn't get through, anybody got any ideas?

Thanks

Hmmmm, thats what I thought, won't be impressed if it is as I have better things to do than waste time phoning the bank, don't even go near a branch or have statements delivered, so you are probably right, trying to flog me something.....

    Worth persevering.

Could be they have intercepted someone trying to commit a fraud, or a letter they have sent to you has been returned undelivered and they are concerned.

Could just be a sales call though - sounds like you are the kind of customer that doesn't make them much money so they might be trying to put that right.

Smile :), it makes people wonder what you have been up to.
