Took out loan march 2007, told had to take out ppi.Tried to cancel 2 months later and received letter from Barclays advising if I cancelled the ppi they may review my original loan application and if unsuccessful I would have to refund the monies borrowed. I was not in the position to refund money and did not proceed. Does anyone think I will have a chance getting money back.
I do not have the letter though, please any advice will be welcome

If you have the account number and reasons for mis sell (put what they said if you wanted to cancel) and send the claim in.
