claiming ppi from dorothy perkins

hi

does anybody know how i can claim ppi from dorothy perkins? i have none of the paperwork whatsoever and it was a few years ago when i took out the store card? i also have no account number for it or anything that i can remember as i shredded al the info?? ur help is much appreciated :D

    So you have no evidence that you even had cover.

    That is going to make it difficult.

    It's Santander you need to call. I had four different store cards and they are dealing with them.

    Good luck with this one . Not wanting to be doom and gloom , but I gave up on my claim with Dorothy Perkins ( santander). I put in a claim last year on the basis that the salesperson was more interested in pushing the card than explaining PPI and they ticked the box and asked me to sign. I was also unemployed at the time. Santander asked for evidence of this which I provided from my NI contributions. They then rejected it as seeing as how I was unemployed it then went to a 'breadwinners' ( my husband ) insurance. I argued it had nothing to do with him but they rejected it again. As far as I'm aware, not many people have had successes with them. I would be really interested to see how your complaint goes. Once again - good luck !
