I made two orders on 8th March, wanting to get two £10 vouchers off electrical items. When the parcels arrived on 14th March the vouchers were missing. The offer expired on 15th March, so there was not much could be done about it, but I did e-mail Boots.com to let them know.
I have just received a phone call from a nice man, who apologised for the mistake, and has credited my advantage card with points to the value of £20.
