Ok.. I bought a car from vauxhall and I told the guy that I had finance on another car but was going to buy the car using cash but he told me that as my other car was 7% it would be best to pay that one off and to take finance on this car as its only 6%. the day I collected the car I had to sign the contract all the parts was put in the vauxhall book expect the part I had to sign.

Today the company took out £300 which was £160 setup and £140 the monthly cost.

After checking I found out that on the paper I was giving it had a setup payment and a end payment off 2x £160.

I asked him if there was a change to arrange and he told me that they dont charge this. I took his word on it.

Waiting for them to call me back, But the sales guy left 2 days after I took the car.

Put a letter into the garage and tell them what you were "not" told about this extra money, tell them you did not have this explained to you at the time of purchase and want them to rectify this or you will complain to the Ombudsman.

They called me and told me that they will give me the £320 back.. He should have got me to sigh a offer page but was never offered to me.
