Want 0% BT and Purchases for 9 months upwards

I have read Martin's article on credit cards but I could not find recommendations for the best 0% on BTs and Purchases. The person who wants it has a Halifax One with the 9months expired and no balance so she need a card that is 0% on purchases to build up a balance!. Also some cashback on top would be nice!

The Halifax card has been great - can you recommend anything else? and does anyone know if you can move to the Halifax Charity card and benefit from the 9months again?

Morgan Stanley is offering 0% for 6 months and up to 1% cashback and the MBNA Conran Card offers a share in the card profits with a minimum of 0.8% reward (in practice it has always been 1% so far) and 0% for six months.

Can anyone do better than 6 months? (which is really 4.5 months by the time you get the card, and get another one at the end!)

How about Tesco? 0% on both BTs and purchases until 1st November and you get points too.

EDIT: Just counted up and that's only just over 7 months isn't it? But maybe they will extend it at the start of next month.
