When dealing with the jokers at the Jobcentre my motto is always:
Always apply, and if denied - APPEAL!"
    Works every time!

Good one, yea the 'appeal' can work to.

Well during the time, i did the same thing (fed up with the boss) left on my own will (waited 2 months...) and applied JSA told them been out of work for 6 months..... (no checks..) - they did ask what have i been doing during 6 months I just said looking for jobs and was away.

but nothing ever came back at me.
(i needed the money and don't want them to mess it up)

    - it's not nice to lie.. but when it comes to the JC
(you have to think for number 1)

    Long time ago that was...

(not sure if the JC have changed since then.)
I do think if anyone leaves a job of their own free will then you should be entitled to nothing sorry to say for a long while.

I spoke the truth at the JC and EVERYONE should do or face what happens to them. Be lucky you have a job and never walk out!

and always away around that, (never tell them the truth..) they cant be trusted.

if you left paid employment on ya own will... who the hell in the right mind will tell that to the JC? LOL

Obviously you're completely unaware they contact employers to ask why people have left.

I left a job when I was 19 due to bullying and harassment, I was originally given JSA but it was then removed, by that time though I had already accepted a job offer.
