    I don't need the last word. I just don't see why you've waded in here, suggested I was being out of order to a new poster, then agreed with me that my post was neither nasty, rude or sarcastic and sauntered off to make coffee...

    Surely if someone has taken your car - even if it is the council - without a legal reason to do so it is a criminal matter not a civil one?
