Can someone please recommend me some decent insurance companies that offer travel insurance for travel over 31 days?

I've used these before:

they were cheap and when i made a claim they were excellent; claim fully paid in 10 days with no quibbling and not trying to split the claim into multiple smaller claims (where multiple excesses are payable) as swift cover did with a previous trip!0
