Barclay card

Hello everyone,
I have just found out that BARCLAY CARD is not paying out on my mis selling of PPI. When speaking to Barclay card a really helpfull guy told me that they were not going to pay out due to it not being miss sold. I said to him that I do not remember sighning up for it because it was back in 1995.

I also told him that I was employed by the same company since 1989 and I get 65 days full sick pay and after that statuary sick pay until better. He asked if I had put that in the letter which I said no. He said if I had they would have paid out.

He went on to say that I will receive a letter in the post and I should contact the FOS regarding the claim and tell them about the sick pay I receive.

My question is can I add this to the letter to the FOS as I didnt mention it in the letter to Barclay Card?

This is why the FOS produced their questionaire. If you had filled one of these in for Barclaycard it would have had the information on.
You can respond to Barclaycard and ask them to reconsider, but if not refer to the FOS and let them sort it out.

How do I go about asking them to reconsider shall I phone them or shall I write a new letter and send copies the letters I have sent them allready?.

Or

Shall I just fill out the FOS questionare and send all letters to the FOS.

Ring them, ask them to reconsider the complaint with this additional info.
