Radley - brilliant customer services.

For my 50th birthday I received a lovely Radley handbag and purse. After a coupl;e of weeks however the purse, which was a clasp one started to open by itself. I emailed Radley to see if anything could be done about it and they asked me to send it in for a repair or replacement. Unfortunately they didn't have any of the same kind of purse and it was not suitable for repair but they offered me my choice of purse up to the same value. Their communications were excellent and it was all dealt with extremely promptly. Needless to say I am a very happy customer.
