possibly not. However, you dont need any agreements to make your complaint. So, why are you asking for it?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). They have 40 days.
Last time I checked, 19 was less than 40. And remember they have 40 days from receipt.
19 days ago was a Saturday, and last post is quite early, so it may not have been collected until the Monday. Assuming it was first class then it would normally be considered to have taken two working days to get there, which is the Wednesday.
So they are probably on day 16 today. 40 days will be 1 April. That is a Sunday, no post then so I think you would need to wait until 4 April before you could argue that they were in breach.0 -
i thought it was 12 days. opps.
i realise i dont need an agreement but i do need to know if i had PPI in the first place to make a claim!!!0 -

Having PPI is not grounds for complaint. How it was sold to you or how it was set up are the areas you complain about.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
