Phone/mobile wireless headset?

Hi all, will try to keep it simple? Need to use my hands to fix things (mainly power tools, diy items) all day and spending to much time talking on phones and not enough hands on. Is there a bluetooth/wireless headset on sale that can answer my problem. Is it even possible to get the landline+email phone and the mobile to all run through such a device? Don`t really know were to look and if they really do work? Any help is greatly appreciated in advance, thank you.
