TOOK OUT A JOINT LOAN WITH MY (THEN PARTNER) IN 2006
GOING TO TRY AND CLAIM THE PPI BACK (MONEY HAS BEEN COMING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS! AND DON'T TALK TO HIM ANYMORE!)
BUT I'VE JUST SEEN THAT THE PPI IS ACTUALLY ONLY IN HIS NAME! HE WAS IN THE FORCES SO DIDN'T NEED THE PPI IF HE WAS ILL OR INJURED. I'VE COMPLETED THE TEMPLATES TO SEND AWAY TO MAKE MY COMPLAINT.. BUT NOW I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN CLAIM ANYTHING BACK, BECAUSE THE PPI IS IN HIS NAME!!
IVE BEEN PAYING THIS PPI SINCE 2006!! AM I ABLE TO CLAIM THIS BACK? OR IS HE THE ONLY PERSON TO DO THIS? IT WAS A BAD BREAK-UP, AND IM NOW REALLY CONCERNED AND WORRYING ABOUT THIS.. I WANT TO GET MY MONEY BACK! LLOYDS GGGRRRR THIEVING SCANDALS!

Oh, and by the way.. When we took the personal loan out, we specified we did not want any ppi!! They snuck it in and got us to sign "paperwork" confirming a monthly repayment price of £139 (but £25 of that turned out to be ppi)0

If this is a joint loan you will both have to sign the complaint, armed forces is a good reason for mis sell.
You will have to tell your boyfriend as if you win redress they will make the cheque out to both of you, best to get it sorted now, as you signed too then you will get 50% of any redress if he wont sign for the other 50% the bank keep it.
If the loan is still running and you win redress the whole ppi will come off the balance of the loan so that is a good thing.0
