well Im afraid you wont get Shures for £10
    maybe £40 for refurbs
TBH £10 is a tight budget, though the gumis are pretty cheap & nasty

these always seem to get good reviews

lol, best ones i've found where in poundland. signalex on the box has a number 79849, on the front, diamante in-ear earphones. I should have bought more when i was in the shop.

The advise you have had is all good, the cx-300 will be a vast improvement on your current in-ears, plenty of bass and there not much more than your budget. They were to bassy for me and i got Shures but, if you like plenty of bass they are not for you, even though fit is great. If its your birthday soon ask for some yamaha eph-100, they are around 80quid and then instead of damaging your hearing with poor sound quality+fit, you can at least damage your inners with crystal clear sound and you will enjoy the feeling you get out of your current iems being crushed under the weight of your foot, as you will no longer need or, will ever go back to them..
