Roof replacement costs

Im in the process of buying a property with a shared roof liability. I will own the ground floor flat, and there is also a first floor flat. The roof is approx 21ft wide by 8ft deep on a trianglular pitched basis. The property is approx 100 years old. The roof timber supports have shown signs of lowing and don't seem to have enough floor supports in the loft. As a worse case what cost would I be looking at the replace this whole roof if it were to give up the ghost!"? :confused:
