One for the block list

This one did make me laugh though: "loves shagging sheep". Unfortunately the seller has now been banned. :rotfl:
I agree though - NPB and block is the way to go.They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
Had one last week, I'm selling my sons old car, bidder had bid on 8 pages of cars and won ten in 3 days. His feedback was 3, all false positives. I said exactly the same thing, if all those sellers had filed NPB he'd never have got as far as bidding.
Blocked him pretty quickly though!

He now has FIVE false positives and has thankfully been NARU'd0 -
I also don't know why people would register bid & then not pay for things, very odd.
I can think of a couple of reasons and from next year the right to cancel will be extended to all business sales. I'd always try and cancel the transaction, whether through the process they have on Amazon to request cancellation (in the case of ordering another item and then having an INR turn up - most frustrating!) or the newer process on eBay that allows the buyer to request cancellation formally, putting it through directly and necessitating seller agreement, but presumably getting the fees refunded so sidestepping the problems normally faced by people who refuse cancellations.
As a seller I therefore do as I would be done by when asked to cancel and save my frustration for people who don't contact. It's no waste of time if they just request, politely, to withdraw, even up to two or three days after the end of auction. It is if they make me wait eight days to go through the NPB process without a peep out of them."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

We're not talking about people who request a cancellation but who don't pay or communicate after winning an auction.0 -
This is why sellers should be allowed to leave negative feedback for buyers.0

If people go through the full NPB these bidders soon block themselves from buying from most sellers, if they've set their buyer preferences correctly.
A neg for a buyer does no good whatsover, unless as a seller you sit & cancel any bids from buyers you don't wish to deal with & hope that they don't snipe bid.0 -
Personally I'd rather see justified negatives on sellers accounts, it gives me a bit more to go on than just a load of positives and nothing else. Thats my personal view on it.0
