can any one please tell me if theirs any on line forms for egg loans and IF loans or do i write them a letter stating my account numbers , both loans have closed as they where both a consilation loans ,

ne 1 please ,
i dont have no paper work about the 2 loans that i took out but they where
£13,600 on a egg loan
and
intelligent finace was £15,000
i have the account numbers for both as found them on previous bank statements.
how would i go about seeing if i am entitled to anything ,is their like a standard set up template where i put my account numbers in etc
