hi new to site just got a question to ask, my wife had a car loan a few years ago which she also had ppi i think it was missold due to the fact that it was not a separate insurance but was added to the the actual loan so she would in theory pay more interest etc on the loan dfo you think she would have a claim?

That is one of the more solid reasons for complaint. PPI should ideally be set up as a monthly payment and not charged interest on.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
