Natwest PPI

Hi, I am hoping somebody will be able to help me,

In June 2003 i took out a loan with natwest, I was told that unless i took out the ppi i wouldn't get the loan so I did, I was given a copy of the credit agreement documents after my application was sucessful (that i still have now) although the printer ink had almost ran out and the document including the loan policy itself were half ilegible.
The lady who sold me the loan actually filled in some parts with a blue ink pen including the loan amount , the full amount repayable, and the monthly repayments although the craft so and so failed to fill the insurance loan repayment amount.. (i can easily work this out) my questions are these...

1) do have grounds to reclaim? i was almost certainly told i needed it and it would improved my chances of obtaining the loan, am i right in thinking i should have at least being given documents that could actually be read no doubt understood!

2) The only information I have is the credit agreement although half ilegible, I know the start and end date ( i consolidated into another natwest loan 2yrs later again with ppi) I know the figures, the credit agreement ref number, and the loan account number... although for the life of me i cannot find any reference to a ppi loan number Will this be enough? im sure ive never recieved any seperate documents on the ppi loan cover, i was sure it was just part of the loan..

3) Oh and one last question the loan i consolidated from this original loan, will i need to make a seperate claim? i dont even remember being asked if I wanted PPI or not, they just seemed to take it as a given that i'd have it! and i suppose i just thought i had to take it again.

Any help will be much appreciated

Many Thanks Emma :)
