don't remember where i saw this, either on tv or internet, there is a little gadget with a base and a revolving arm with a plastic pigeon attached to the end. so put this gadget in the garden and switch it on, the plastic pigeon will revolve round and round and fool other birds fly pass and think it is feeding on something, so they will fly down to feed in your garden.
