Unsure about holiday entitlement

Based on the above, we'll have to assume the company policy is 28 days (16 bookable + 4 compulsory + 8 bank holidays = 28).
If you work 2 days a week, then you're entitled to 28/5 * 2 = 11.2 days.
BUT... if any of your working days coincide with either a bank holiday (lots of Mondays!) or one of the compulsory closure days, then you'll have to deduct these from the 11.2 days and take them as holiday along with everyone else.
i.e. I think there's 5 bank holiday Mondays in 2012, so that'll leave you with 6.2 bookable days, and the three compulsory days are also mondays and a thursday, so this would leave you with 3.2 bookable days!
(so I think the 4 days is wrong - it should be 3.2 days! I work part time, and this is the exact reason I don't work mondays!!)Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
