google chrome is not responding

what is the problem with a laptop that always gets this message "Google Chrome is not responding"

Most of the time, I open MSE, HUKD, FB and Yahoomail at the same time. But in the last couple of months even if I just open one site I always get this message..

So whats the problem with my laptop? Im afraid im not technically knowledgeable but can someone please give an idea as to what i can do about it?

Thank you very much...

I can't promise anything, but this simple fix worked for me.

Click the spanner and then click "options". Go to :-
under the bonnet/hood > content settings > scroll down to plug-ins > click "disable individual pug-ins" > click "+details" (top right) > scroll down to Flash.

The only version needed looks like "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\17.0.963.66\gcswf32.dll"

If there is one that looks something like "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32.dll" disable it.
