Going to be an HE Student

I'm going to be an HE student from October (grade dependent
) and wanted to make sure I have all my bases covered financially.
I will be living at home, I am studying an HND and the fees are £2500 and the household income is just under £25k
Who do I apply to for what? And when is the best time to look for a good student account?
Thanks in advance

I think it's best to wait until much nearer the time to get a student account - the offers they give out change each year and you usually have to produce evidence of being a student so you can't get one in advance. Martin tends to do an article on them nearer the start of the academic year.:happyhear0
